My name is Kamil, I use He/Him pronouns, I am a journalism major, French and Political Science double minor, I am a junior set to graduate in 2026. I am an RA in 1300, I am part of Temple Update, The Uptick, and I am the president of The Temple University Polish Society. I love swimming and playing tennis and this is my first internship I have ever done

I spent the summer from June to August, working as a morning news intern at WPHL-17 which is a local news station. I spent the summer writing articles, researching stories, and filming stand-ups in front of the comer

The internship has prepared for being able to handle an office environments and to deal with being live on scene as a journalist.

My favorite part of the internship: I loved being able to go out with the reporters and film stand-ups and get to discover new locations.

Tips for anyone looking for an internship: I would say do not be afraid to apply for anything and reach for the stars cause you never know you may just get that internship you want!
