Students of Color

CAREERS IN COLOR

Temple University is dedicated to building a diverse, vibrant educational community grounded in appreciation for others, open-mindedness, and respect. It is our shared responsibility to enhance the quality of life for everyone at Temple and support students in achieving their goals.

Careers In Color is an organization dedicated to uniting and empowering students of color as they advance in their professional journeys. Through support from the Temple University Career Center and the National Urban League, we emphasize professional development and employment opportunities for all our members, across all majors.

We host a variety of meetings and events focused on career development, diversity, and authenticity—no matter what your plans are after graduation. Our goal is to serve as a space where historically marginalized groups can come together, support one another, and thrive in a welcoming professional environment.
